2. Client Responsibilities

The accuracy of our financial deliverables depends entirely on the information provided by the Client. You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete access to all necessary financial records. Jocelyn Cook LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or withheld data.

3. Fees and Payment

• Service Tiers: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.

• Ad-Hoc Services: Projects such as Historical Cleanup and Audit Support are billed at the hourly rates specified at the time of engagement.

• Notary Services: Fees are due at the time of service.

4. Notary Services Disclaimer

In accordance with state law: I am not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We reserve the right to refuse notary services if identification is insufficient or if the transaction appears fraudulent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
